In an interview, Sylvester Stallone discusses his brief marriage to Jennifer Flavin and how it was a “tumultuous time” in his life.
After 25 years of marriage, Stallone, 76, discussed the pair’s split with the Sunday Times. A month later, the couple decided not to pursue a divorce.
“Let’s just say that it was a very tumultuous time,” Stallone said. “There was a reawakening of what was more valuable than anything, which is my love for my family. It takes precedence over my work, and that was a hard lesson to learn.”
The Rocky star is a father to five kids. Sage and Seargeoh, his sons from his previous marriage to actress Sasha Czack, are now adults. He then had three daughters with Flavin: Sophia, 26; Sistine; and Scarlet, 20. Stallone emphasized on the lessons he’s learned about being a family member, and particularly fatherhood, in his recent interview with the Times.
“I didn’t pay enough attention when they were growing up,” he shared. “I was so career-oriented, and now I go, ‘OK, I don’t have that much runway up ahead, and I want to start asking them about their lives.'”
Stallone said that he is currently making up for missed time and is becoming a little more involved with his girls. “I ask them about their day, and at first they started a little monosyllabic,” he remarked. “I then overheard someone say, ‘I was just thinking about you.’ God, oh, God. Never in my life have I heard anything like it. A daughter will always be there when she knows you care.
Stallone talked about his television debut, Tulsa King, in which he produces and stars as Dwight “The General” Manfredi, a man who has served 25 years in prison for the de@th of his boss. Stalone even got to spend some time with his eldest daughter in Brooklyn when shooting Tulsa King back in May.

He previously played an ex-vigilante seeking retribution in the Amazon Prime Video movie Samaritan, in which he now plays Mr. Smith, the “mysterious and reclusive neighbor” of 13-year-old Sam Cleary. The teenager tries to convince Stallone’s character to stop being a recluse after growing suspicious that he is a “superpowered vigilante.” About to end of this news you can see the other article bout Fred Toucher Divorce.
Despite the surgeries he’s had to recover from over the years, Stallone, who once told the Times that action movies “changed radically when it became possible to Velcro your muscles on,” continues to advocate for working out. The lesson here is: “Don’t try to pull off your own antics. However, the effects started to take precedence over the individual. Managing your ass-whipping is the key to success in life, he continued. “For this reason, I’ve always admired fighters who have lost. The fighter without a loss? I have no interest.
