Southern Charm’ Star Olivia Flowers’ Brother Dies!

Conner Flowers, the brother of Southern Charm actor Olivia Flowers, has away. He was 32. Flowers died Monday at his residence in the Isle of Palms outside of Charleston, South Carolina, Charleston County Coroner Bobbi Jo O’Neal said in a statement, according to Page Six.

O’Neal added that “the manner and cause of death are pending” as local police continue “investigating.” In a statement to PEOPLE, Flowers’ family remembered his friendly nature and commitment to his faith.

The family said that Conner was a great young guy who could empathize and love others, making him friends wherever he went. His family and his faith served as the foundation for his morals.

The statement read, “We know his loss will be felt by many for years to come. Please respect our right to privacy as we mourn the tragic loss of our son and brother.

On February 9, 1990, Flowers was born and reared in Greenville, South Carolina. According to his Legacy obituary page, he was “known by many as a full of life and a fun-loving friend, as well as an ardent golfer.”

Flowers adored going to Dallas Mavericks basketball games and Dallas Cowboys football games after the family moved to Dallas, Texas, in 2006. While doing so, he “grew his entrepreneurial spirit while making many new friends,” according to the obituary.

According to his obituary, Flowers most recently worked in Charleston real estate and “treasured time with his family.” A close family friend and former Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel paid tribute to Flowers on Instagram after learning of his passing.

The post’s caption was written by Ravenel and included images of the two enjoying a wine tasting and a round of golf. Garry and Robin Flowers’ parents, Olivia, his sister, and his maternal grandparents survive Flowers.

This weekend, a funeral ceremony will be placed at Isle Palms. The family has requested that donations be made in Flowers’ honor to LymeDisease.org or Pet Helpers, a non-profit pet adoption organization and spay/neuter clinic that serves the Charleston, South Carolina, area.
