In the words of Omar Sy and Assane Diop’s website, Lupin season 3 (or part 3 if that’s how you roll) is “all systems go,” according to the latter two sources.

However, there is no official confirmation from Netflix as to whether or not they will be making a third and final season of The Walking Dead.
In an interview with Deadline, Sy said, “We’ll see what Netflix wants to do with this franchise.” “Bringing this character to life and creating a franchise was our first bet.
Netflix has the rights to the franchise, so they can do whatever they want with it. We’ll see what they come up with, but this is a character I’d want to see again if given the opportunity.”

Lupin season 3 potential release date: When will it air?
The first installment arrived in early January and the second on June 11 of this year. I think the next batch of episodes will be released sometime around 2020 or such unless they covertly shot everything and we had another January premiere this time around (spoiler: they didn’t and we didn’t).
Because we don’t know for sure, this is only a hypothesis. If we get any new information, we’ll post it here as quickly as possible.
Lupin season 3 cast: Who’s in it?
So we’d expect Lupin and his charm to be back as Assane, Sy’s show, without a doubt
“What is your dream role?” they asked me when we were discussing producing a television series with the show’s producer Gaumont. The name Lupin sprang to mind right away “That’s what he told THR.
“You realize this is a classic book for us, don’t you? In addition, as an actor, he’s like the best toy you can buy. It’s because he’s so malleable… Having this opportunity allowed me to achieve anything. I have a sense of humor. There is tension. Things are moving. All of them share the same personality.”
With Claire (Ludivine Sagnier), Raoul, Assane’s best friend Benjamin, his fellow Lupin fan Lieutenant Sofia Belkacem, Capt. Romain Laugier, and his fellow Lupin aficionado Guedira, there’s a lot going on (Vincent Londez).
Flashbacks are expected to include Assane’s father Babakar (Fargass Assandé), as are young Assane, Claire, and Benjamin.
Hervé Pierre and Vincent Garanger reprise their roles as Hubert Pellegrini and corrupt police commissioner Gabriel Dumont, respectively, from season two (more on that later). We’ll have to wait and see if this is the end of their saga. We wouldn’t expect Juliette (Clotilde Hesme) to return if Pellegrini is out of the picture.
George Kay, the show’s co-creator, also told Variety that we’ll see some new faces.
Lupin season 3 plot: What will happen?

Pellegrini was finally caught by the authorities as Lupin II came to an end when Assane finally uncovered the misdeeds of Pellegrini and restored his father’s reputation. Pellegrini’s conviction does not guarantee that he will spend the rest of his life in prison, but there is a possibility that he will not be involved in this story anymore.
Assane may have retaliated against Pellegrini in season two, but he’s not yet out of the woods.

He could, of course, evade capture once more and return with a vengeance even greater than the first. Kay and François Uzan have the perfect opportunity to create a new story with Assane’s exquisite array of deception and guile, as well as a wealth of new disguises.
He’s now gone into hiding after saying his goodbyes to Claire and their son on “Raoul’s bridge” in a brief but poignant ceremony. But since he promised to return, we’ll hold him to it.
For his comeback, we would like to see a fresh adversary for him to face. This could be a sign that Pellegrini is part of a much larger organization, the most powerful of which are upset that Assane destroyed their most recent attempts to accumulate an immense fortune.
During his initial arrest, Pellegrini utilized his connection with the Interior Minister to get himself out of police custody. Is there a way to get this to the top?
Alternatively, shall we be confronted with yet another relic from Assane’s past? The options are limitless and diverse.
“Create a fresh experience from there and further disturb Assane,” Kay told Variety. He also stated that he intends to keep the plot based in Paris and that he will continue to explore the past of Assane.
Given that Lupin and Sherlock (or Herlock Sholmès) interact in the source material, Kay has hinted at a Sherlock Holmes crossover.
To be completely truthful, he acknowledged that there had been (via RadioTimes). In my mind, there are several possibilities, and I’d like to investigate them further.
Then he added: “Sherlock Holmes and Arsene Lupin fanbases would have to lock antlers if you wanted to get meta about the show. We’ve spoken about having a lot of fun like that, and it’s something we’d like to do.”
Lupin will have greater support if the show goes into season three and beyond, regardless of whether he faces Holmes or not.
Sy told EW that Lupin “had a lot of collaborators” when reading the books. “The only one he has is Benjamin, but he needs more, so he hires them, as he did with [Philippe Courbet] in the show. Having that was an intriguing addition. A large cast with a large number of people might make the show more fascinating in the future.
“Because you can’t do everything on your own, you need others to help you. It’s also a talent of his, to bring others along for the ride. That was a lot of fun to play with. Lupin has a positive side to it, in my opinion.”
You can anticipate Lupin to get darker in its third season, but don’t expect an abrupt change in tone.
“Throughout the show, we took great effort to avoid depicting our protagonist as a violent character. Hence, there is no aggression from Assane; he performs what he does but without violence. Lupin has a rule that he will never be aggressive or murder somebody.
We wanted you to wonder aloud, “Maybe he’s going to do it,” at that very time. Due to the sheer volume. It’s about his father, and he’s been waiting for so long, and he’s got all this rage, and maybe something will happen.
“And it’s possible he’ll swap sides. Besides, what’s the harm? Honestly, I didn’t think it was possible. But we wanted to have that moment where he comes back to himself, is smarter than that, and can manage his fury, so that the audience would think that maybe he will do it.”
