Palmer grew up in Brampton, Ontario, the son of Keith and Alethia Palmer. His sisters are Lanisha and Keiana.At St. Roch Catholic Secondary School, he played basketball, ran track, and played football. He was named the “St. Roch’s Junior Athlete of the Year” in the tenth grade.
