Navarro said on Saturday, “So yep, I’m one of the ones who came down with the long haul covid,'” according to NME. “I’ve been sick since December, but I’ll be back to my old self in… whatever soon.”
The performer continued by saying that despite his difficulties, he has discovered coping mechanisms such as spending time with loved ones, engaging in yoga, and practising meditation.

The Welcome to Rockville music festival in Florida was supposed to host Navarro and his Jane’s Addiction bandmates on May 22, but they cancelled earlier this month.
Later, rockers Porno for Pyros took their place, and leader Perry Farrell, a former member of Jane’s Addiction, said the change-up was brought on by Navarro’s “long fight with COVID,” according to Stereogum.
