Since October 2022, Rishi Sunak, a British politician born on May 12, has held the positions of Prime Minister of the United Kingdom & Leader of the Conservative Party. He served as Chief Secretary to the Treasury from 2019 to 2020 and Chancellor of the Exchequer from 2020 to 2022. He has served as Richmond (YorksMember )’s of Parliament (M.P.) since 2015.

Sunak succeeded William Hague as the representative for Richmond in North Yorkshire in the House of Commons after the general election of 2015. Sunak voted to leave the E.U. in the 2016 referendum.
