The Los Angeles Lakers are making strides in regaining their health. The Lakers had just one member left on their injury report after Anthony Davis came back from his absence the previous week, and that was Austin Reaves. The week before last, there were rumors circulating that Reaves was getting closer and closer to making his way back onto the floor, but we did not yet know when that would be.
What Did Reaves Communication To The Press?
On the other hand, Reaves addressed the media on Monday and stated that he “feels great,” and that he believes he will be able to play against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday. Mike Trudell, who covers the Lakers for ESPN, was one of the people who broke the story.
Reaves has been sidelined for more than a month, with his most recent game coming on January 4 when the Lakers defeated the Miami Heat. His hamstring injury has kept him out of action, and his recovery has been slower than everyone anticipated it would be.

Reaves was having a fantastic year as one of the greatest role players for the squad this season. He was averaging 10.8 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 2.2 assists per game while playing for 28.9 minutes per contest on average. The Lakers have missed his enthusiasm and passion, particularly on defense, as he played a significant role in both offensive and defensive aspects of the game.
Lakers Nation tweeted that Austin Reaves has been ruled out of tomorrow’s game against the Hawks while LeBron James is probable to return. You can see below:

Reaves has been sidelined for the squad for the past 16 games, but it appears that he will be able to participate in the game against the Thunder on Tuesday. That would be a tremendous boost for the lineup, and it would make the Lakers completely healthy for the first time in what seems like the entirety of the season.
