According to the autopsy report that NBC News obtained, the de@dly consequences of cocaine, ethanol, and fentanyl ultimately led to his passing.

In a statement released to the Los Angeles Times on February 14, 2023, Dave’s family announced that he had passed away unexpectedly at his home in Texas after being hospitalized for difficulties related to his heart.
