Bruce Springsteen Postpones Ohio Show Due To illness!

The Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio, has postponed the Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band concert initially scheduled for Thursday, March 9, “due to illness.” It was unclear who was ill or what kind of disease it was.

“Due to illness, tonight’s Bruce (Springsteen) and The E Street Band concert at Nationwide Arena has been postponed,” stated the arena on its social media early Thursday afternoon. “We are working on rescheduling the date, so please hold on to your tickets as they will be valid for the rescheduled show.”

Due to COVID, some band members, including Steven Van Zandt, Nils Lofgren, Jake Clemons, and Soozie Tyrell, have had to skip performances on the current tour. In the long run, there haven’t been any significant problems with the band’s E Street COVID infection.

In less than a week, the band members are back on stage.

“Feel better!” said a fan on the arena’s Twitter account.

The next show is Sunday, March 12, at the Mohegan Sun Arena in Connecticut and Tuesday, March 14, at the MVP Arena in Albany, N.Y.
