Demetrius “Lil Meech” Flenory Jr. and Da’Vinchi play Big Meech and Southwest T, the brothers at the center of BMF, respectively. Although he was previously seen as Travis in Euphoria, Flenory Jr. is the son of the real-life Big Meech, and BMF represents his most crucial acting role. Da’Vinchi is an accomplished actor in popular programs like The Boys, Grown-ish, and All American.

Mo’Nique, an Oscar-winning actress and comedian, joins the season 2 cast in a special casting announcement. Mo’Nique is no stranger to Hollywood; in addition to winning an Academy Award for her work in Precious, she has also appeared in films including Bessie, Almost Christmas, and Welcome Home, Roscoe Jenkins, and on television in The Parkers.

Know About BMF Season 2 Cast

 Russell Hornsby

California’s San Francisco is where Hornsby was born. He played football at Berkeley, California’s St. Mary’s College High School. After giving an audition for a spring musical, he was cast as the Scarecrow in The Wiz.

After that, he had a strong interest in acting and theater and actively participated in the rest of the school’s theatrical plays. After graduating, he pursued theater studies at Boston University, earning a performance degree. Hornsby continued his education at the British American Drama Academy after graduating.

Michole Briana White

White was a Maywood, Illinois, native. In the A&E series 100 Centre Street, she played the lawyer Fatima Kelly, for which she is well-known. In addition, she has appeared as a guest star on several notable television shows, including L.A. Law, The Wonder Years, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, Family Matters, Blossom, Martin, Living Single, Ellen, Chicago Hope, and Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.  Myles Truitt

At the age of 11, Myles Truitt developed an interest in acting. As a young Ronnie DeVoe, he made his acting debut in The New Edition Story. Until he appeared in Kin on the big screen, he continued to perform in minor television roles.

“Before I saw the script, I saw the short film,” said Truitt, “and knowing the narrative behind it and how Eli created himself, I knew I wanted the character because I related with Eli.” Truitt thought the role was personal to him.

He played the bullied boy Devin on the television show Atlanta. He landed the role of Ant on Queen Sugar and played Issa Williams in Black Lightning. Truitt had never heard of the comic book character before, but after seeing him on the show, he developed an interest in him.

Steve Harris

Harris, the son of bus driver John Harris and housewife Mattie Harris, was born in Chicago, Illinois. Wood Harris’s older brother is an actor. He attended St. Joseph High School in Westchester, Illinois, a private institution for producing professional athletes.

Harris studied theatre at Northern Illinois University and then played linebacker while running back. Due to an ankle ligament tear, he had to end his sports career. Harris earned a master’s degree in acting at the University of Delaware after graduating from Northern Illinois University in 1989.

Kelly Hu

He was born in Honolulu, Hawaii, the daughter of Herbert Hu, a salesperson, and Juanita Perez, an engineering draftsperson from Honolulu. Hu’s parents separated when she was a little girl.

In the American Army, her brother Glenn holds the positions of Lieutenant Colonel and Human Resources Officer. She has Hawaiian, English, and Chinese ancestry. She went to Kamehameha Schools and Maemae Elementary School in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Hu has always enjoyed singing, dancing, and martial arts and has practiced them since she was a young child. Hu decided to emulate her cousin, a successful model in Japan. Kelly Hu, the first Asian American winner of the Miss Teen USA pageant, earned the Miss Hawaii Teen USA title before competing in the Miss Teen USA 1985 competition.

In interviews, Hu has said that her mother informed her that America wasn’t ready for an Asian to be such a significant role model. After winning, she learned that she couldn’t participate in anything unrelated to the contest for the year she was in power, though this restriction was later removed.

La La Anthony

Brooklyn, New York, is where Anthony was born. Her parents, who are of Puerto Rican descent, were raised in New York City and were born there. Younger siblings of Anthony include a brother and two sisters. As a young child, she was active in many things, but her main passion was music. She attended Howard University to study communications but didn’t complete her degree.

Anthony began his radio career at WHTA-FM, HOT 97.5 in Georgia, when he was 15. She presented Future Flavas with rapper/actor Ludacris while still in high school, following a brief stint at that station.

Anthony cohosted The B-Syde at Los Angeles’ 92.3 The Beat when he was 19. She proceeded to MTV, where she cohosted Direct Effect and Total Request Live after leaving the station in 2001.

Anthony left MTV in 2003. She served as a producer on the Mike Tyson documentary Tyson, screened at the 2009 Cannes Film Festival, and received the Regard Knockout Award in France. Along with director/producer Brett Ratner, Anthony produced a full-length movie.

Kash Doll

Kash Doll was raised in Detroit, Michigan, where she was born. She started working at a young age to help her single mother support their family as the oldest of six siblings. She started freestyling and creating rhymes as a young child since she always wanted to rap.

She spent a year studying business management at Henry Ford College before discontinuing. Kash started dancing in strip clubs to help her family with their financial necessities.

Kash would rap while working as a dancer and finally stopped needing to perform to make money from clubgoers. She reportedly earned $26,000 in one evening.
