Natalia Bryant, Vanessa Bryant’s oldest child, is entering her twenties. The mother of four posted a carousel of images of Natalia, the daughter she had with her late husband, Kobe Bryant, on Thursday.
“Salutations on your 20th birthday, Natalie Bryant! Greetings from your 20s! We adore you so much, little one!” 40-year-old Bryant wrote. The college student and model, Vanessa’s friends, were ecstatic to wish her a happy birthday.

To visit the country where Kobe spent much of his boyhood, Bryant flew to Italy last summer with Natalia, their children Capri, 3, and Bianka, 6, and Natalia.

She posted pictures of the location to Instagram with the remark, “Visited Reggio Calabria, a city my husband resided in when he was about 8 years old.” While other photos documented sites around the city, the first image had her two younger daughters posing in the street. Gianna, the late daughter Vanessa and Kobe shared, and seven others died in a horrific helicopter crash in January 2020. Gianna was also Vanessa’s child.
Natalia and Vanessa both paid tribute to Gianna in May on her upcoming 16th birthday. In honor of her late daughter and her love of the game her family cherished so much, Vanessa posted a video that she narrated in the same vein as her late husband Kobe Bryant‘s award-winning animated short Dear Basketball. The video featured cartoon illustrations of her late daughter and her enthusiasm for the game.
Vanessa remarked in the audio, “Dear Gianna, from the first time you envisioned winning a WNBA championship, I knew one thing was real — you were exceptional. “The fact that you came from a distinguished family was never important. It has to do with what you offered to others.”
