Key facts

For the second year in a row, NFL teams will play a 17-game regular-season schedule. Between Weeks 6 and 14, each team will have a bye week. There will be nine home games for half of the league’s 32 teams, and nine away games for the other half.

NFL playoffs will include 14 teams this year, seven from each conference, for the third year in a row. Only the top seed in each conference will get a first-round bye in the postseason.
